Fixes

• heal legacy project paths that point to markdown files to the real repository directory during config load and dashboard sync
• normalize persisted dashboard config writes so stale markdown-file project paths are corrected on updates
• deduplicate canonical and symlinked board paths to avoid double-watching the same repo board on macOS
• make release verification self-provision Puppeteer’s Chrome when the runner cache is empty
