Highlights

• sync CONDUCTOR-TAGS.md and editor snippets into both the launcher workspace and each configured project repo
• regenerate note-taker support files immediately after dashboard project, preferences, repository, and agent changes
• stop tracking generated tag reference files in Git so runtime artifacts no longer dirty the repo
• add automated tests and packaged release verification for the note-taker support flow
