Conductor is not a hosted browser lab. It is the orchestration layer around your existing repo and toolchain.
Good fit
Use Conductor for browser-testing work when you want to:
- assign UI test failures to specific agent runs
- keep Playwright or Cypress work inside isolated worktrees
- review generated test changes before merging
- route browser-debug tasks through the same markdown board as feature work
Suggested task pattern
Put the exact failing behavior in CONDUCTOR.md, point the project at the repo’s existing test commands, and let the agent work in a dedicated branch/worktree pair.
Recommended pairing
- Conductor for orchestration
- your repo’s own browser test framework for execution
- the review loop for validating generated selectors, assertions, and snapshots
