# conductor-oss 0.2.3

> Browser-first startup became the default and first-run setup was tightened around repo-local config.

## Highlights

* `npx --yes --registry=https://registry.npmjs.org conductor-oss@latest` now launches the browser-first dashboard flow by default
* first run opens preferences in the web UI and then opens Add Workspace when no project exists
* adding a project from the dashboard writes `CONDUCTOR.md` and a repo-local `conductor.yaml`
* repo-local config now stays synced when preferences, repository settings, or dashboard agent selections change
* packaged release verification now covers the real first-run flow end to end
